I love experiencing new things in life. I love trying delicious new foods, seeing new places, and experiencing new thrills, such as skydiving. I also love mastering new foods in the kitchen or on the grill, bringing to life some amazing flavors myself. I have a passion for forming habits that foster sustainability in the world so that everyone can enjoy it longer.

I have been in a few significant situations in my life in which I felt unhappy and stuck. I felt so helpless, unable to see a way out. I even believed there must be something wrong with me because I was unable to be happy doing the things that would supposedly bring me joy. I was supposed to be happy, but why wasn’t I?

I eventually realized I was in circumstances that no longer fit me, or rather the “me” I had become. In less dire times, adjusting my expectations or learning coping skills had done the trick, but neither strategy was going to cut it here. It wasn’t until I got out of those situations through a lot of hard work, pain, and some help from others, that I was able to eventually carve out my own path to happiness based on my unique needs as a person.

I had to form my own identity of who I am and what I’m about, as it was no longer given to me. I had to look deep within myself and ask, “What will make me truly feel fulfilled?” The answers have slowly trickled in, but I’ve been able to build a life of happiness for myself, and I’ve found satisfaction in making this world better both emotionally and physically.

If I could change the world in one big way, I’d empower everyone to do what makes them truly happy, without harming others. That’s what I seek to do, one individual or couple at a time. I have come to realize there is no one-size-fits-all roadmap for everyone. I want to help individuals and couples learn how to find happiness in a way that’s lasting and authentic to them.

“The question…is not whether you will love, hurt, dream, and die. It is what you will love, why you will hurt, when you will dream, and how you will die. This is your choice. You cannot pick the destination, only the path.”
